We are a group of volunteers on the west coast of Vancouver Island who are dedicated to fundraising for Tofino General Hospital equipment needs and to support other capital equipment projects. We do not receive remuneration for our efforts, however the many words of praise and encouragement we’ve received are much appreciated.

Arlene McGinnis has lived in Tofino since she was 3 years old. She witnessed the former hospital burn to the ground in 1953 and the current hospital built in 1954. Our dedicated volunteers come from a variety of walks in life. Retired hospital staff, business people, and a much appreciated younger group that provide invaluable computer skills.
